Executive Director

Ryan is the Executive Director of the Shenandoah Community Capital Fund (SCCF) and the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council (SVTC), where he works at the intersection of entrepreneurship, access to capital, and regional ecosystem building in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. With more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, Ryan focuses on helping small businesses start, grow, and thrive through lending, technical assistance, and partnerships that strengthen local communities. He brings a practical, systems-minded approach to building programs, aligning stakeholders, and expanding opportunity across rural and underserved places.
